Linear Actuator, Translation Stage, Hexapod, Multi-Axis Alignment-System
PI offers a large range of high-precision Actuators and MicroPositioning devices and systems for OEM and research. Our expertise spans from motorized actuators to the unique PIIntelliStage™ translation stage with integrated motion controller to Hexapod 6D parallel kinematics micropositioning systems.  All linear and rotary positioners can be arranged to multiaxis combinations and many can be fitted with optional PZT drives with <1 nm resolution.
